Responsibilities
- Learning the U-Box supply chain logistical model.
- Interacting with U-Haul field personnel via phone and email.
- Interacting with transportation companies via phone and email.
- Requesting and scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for our transportation companies.
- Managing each assigned carrier account’s shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Updating systems used by U-Haul locations and our transportation partners.
