Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the North America Sales Enablement strategy
  • Lead creation and continuous evolution of a world-class onboarding program
  • Oversee the development and delivery of ongoing sales training, workshops, and programs
  • Own the sales enablement technology stack
  • Define, track, and report on key enablement metrics
  • Act as a strategic partner to align enablement into broader business processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Sales Enablement, Sales Education, Sales Operations, or Field Sales experience within the technology products and services industry
  • Demonstrated success building structured onboarding and learning programs with measurable impact
  • Deep understanding of sales processes & methodologies
  • Business acumen & commercial mindset
  • Customer / buyer-centric thinking
  • Data analysis & performance measurement
  • Familiarity with relevant tools & technology
