Translate and integrate Company strategies into objectives and action plans; planning, organizing, and measuring goal progress toward achieving world-class results with a focus on low cost and operational excellence; implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes
Responsible for developing and managing area budget
Recommend capital projects to help meet company short and long term goals
Manage the performance and professional development of supervisory personnel in the area and ensures supervisors are effectively managing area operating personnel
Develop and monitor area performance against key performance indicators (KPI's) and develop plans for the area to meet/exceed the KPI's
Ensure the Code of Conduct, and all other Company policies are consistently and fairly administered
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ experience in progressively more responsible positions in petrochemical or refining process operations.
In lieu of a degree, 12 years’ relevant experience in progressively more responsible positions
Knowledge of and experience with HSE, operating, maintenance, and engineering processes and procedures, business fundamentals, and shared services role in manufacturing
Demonstrated leadership ability in a formal leadership role and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to interface with all organizational levels within the company
A technical background and good computer skills.
