About the role
- CS Sales position at UEX managing relationships with partners and ensuring their success. A hybrid role involving end-to-end customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end engagement with clients, from conversion through expansion;
- Manage a portfolio of partner laboratories, monitoring results and expansion opportunities;
- Ensure every client achieves success with S2's solutions, from onboarding through renewal;
- Lead commercial conversations for upsell and cross-sell, focused on creating customer value and revenue for S2;
- Monitor engagement and performance indicators (platform usage, financial return, payment compliance);
- Work in partnership with Product, Marketing and Operations to resolve challenges and enhance results;
- Record and track all interactions in the CRM (RD Station) in an organized and strategic manner.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and active listening;
- Experience working in Customer Success and/or Sales;
- Consultative and commercial mindset — understands the client's business and identifies growth opportunities;
- Organization and discipline to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups;
- Analytical ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable insights;
- Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, dashboards);
- Ownership mentality, results-oriented and proactive attitude.
- Not required, but a plus: education or training in Sales and Relationship Management.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Sales or Inside Sales.
- Experience in B2B businesses or the healthcare/laboratory sector.
- Knowledge of metrics such as MRR, churn and ROI.
