About the role

  • Develop and execute the strategic planning to ensure alignment with corporate direction at Grupo UBEC. Collaborate across departments and support effective decision-making with strategic insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic planning, managing the process from defining objectives and targets to monitoring strategic initiatives.
  • Create, implement and monitor strategic action plans, ensuring continuous alignment with projects and organizational goals.
  • Consolidate information on achievement of objectives and initiatives, providing visibility, accurate reports and consistent follow-up for senior management.
  • Establish and monitor governance structures, ensuring that strategic elements, OKRs, KPIs and action plans are documented.
  • Conduct periodic analyses focused on continuous improvement, opportunity identification, risk mitigation and resource optimization.
  • Collect, integrate and validate data from different areas of Grupo UBEC.
  • Participate in strategic and operational meetings, offering technical and methodological advice.
  • Consolidate, interpret and transform information from different areas into scenario analyses, projections and benchmarks.
  • Support the construction and maintenance of the strategic plan.
  • Create, analyze and refine strategic and operational indicators.
  • Apply and disseminate knowledge through training sessions, workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards, management reports and high-impact executive presentations.
  • Participate in strategic meetings, offering recommendations, detailed analyses and technical support for applying management methodologies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Engineering or Information Technology. Postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields is desirable (completed).
  • Project management methodologies such as PMBOK, SCRUM, KANBAN and LEAN, and hybrid models.
  • Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Knowledge of Strategic Planning: strategic planning models (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, OKRs).
  • Scenario analysis and market trend assessment.
  • Decomposition of strategic objectives into initiatives and action plans.
  • Definition and monitoring of KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Desirable: BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel). Experience building dashboards and management reports.
