Creator Partnerships Coordinator supporting creator initiatives at Tubi. Conducting research and operational support for creator partnerships by identifying talent and trends.
Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify creators who align with strategic categories, audience segments, and partnership goals
Monitor platforms like YouTube, TikTok and Instagram to surface relevant talent and content trends
Compile data on creators (audience size, engagement, category fit, etc.)
Maintain tracking docs for prospecting, delivery pipelines and performance
Support presentation development and internal strategy decks
Manage team calendar and coordinate with internal stakeholders across Content Acquisition, Legal, Marketing, Product and external partners.
Participate in cross-functional syncs with marketing, content, comms, product, and other teams as needed
Support process improvements that streamline creator partnership workflows.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent research, digital marketing, or a related field
Strong experience using major social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; previous experience using Tubular Labs or similar platforms is a plus but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Business, Communications, or related field.
Based in Los Angeles with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
