Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid‑market accounting practices
  • Drive new business growth across MYOB’s SME suite
  • Lead partner conversations for digital transformation
  • Stay proactive with outreach and partner engagement
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for tailored programs
  • Spot risks and take action to retain subscriptions
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS, technology or professional services in Account Management, BDM or AE roles
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach with a passion for uncovering opportunities
  • Any exposure to the accounting or SME ecosystem is a bonus
  • Strength in consultative selling
  • Strong commercial judgement
  • A customer-first approach
  • Clear, engaging communication
