About the role

  • People & Culture Business Partner at The Travel Corporation focused on shaping a people-first culture in the U.S. workforce, combining hands-on HR support and strategic workforce initiatives in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coach leaders on performance management, goal setting, feedback, accountability, and talent development
  • Lead end to end employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action, performance improvement plans, and terminations
  • Act as a culture champion, partnering with leaders to foster inclusive, engaging, and supportive team environments
  • Collaborate with the P&C Director and cross-functional partners to drive innovation and continuous improvement in people processes

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of progressive People & Culture/HR experience
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. multi-state employment laws and regulations
  • Experience partnering with leaders on performance management and employee relations
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP/PHR) highly preferred.
