Requirements
- At least 5+ years of progressive People & Culture/HR experience
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. multi-state employment laws and regulations
- Experience partnering with leaders on performance management and employee relations
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/PHR) highly preferred.
