Review current supply chain operations to document product, service, and information flow using project management tools
Handle returns and exchanges, which may involve processing customer returns or exchanges, updating inventory records, and restocking items as necessary
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to conduct accurate and timely monthly stock reconciliation for assigned brands, ensuring alignment on inventory records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting smooth end-of-month reporting and settlement processes.
Assist with shipping and receiving, which may include preparing orders for shipment, verifying that orders are complete and accurate, and processing incoming deliveries
Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.
Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency.
Evaluate all weekly metrics and analyze all continuous improvement project and prepare reports for all requests.
Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers.
Optimize use of allocated resources within business activities.
Plan delivery of logistics services that meet customer requirements.
Support development of sales proposals or tender documents.
Requirements
With at least 6 months’ experience in warehouse operations
At least 4 years of experience working in warehouse operations
Knowledge in supply chain; ERP/OMS/WMS and logistics
Knowledgeable in Warehouse, ecommerce and logistics
Must be able to work as part of the team in a fast paced and pressured environment
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Outlook
Strong organizational skills with an analytical mind
Strong time management skills.
