About the role

  • Key Account Manager driving ecommerce business growth for brands in Singapore. Responsible for strategy, stakeholder negotiation, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Singapore
  • Creating the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands
  • Negotiating with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize value
  • Coordinating with different in-house teams for brand success
  • Responsible for account NMV and revenue growth

Requirements

  • Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce
  • Ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
  • Commercial performance-driven mindset
  • Flexible & collaborative attitude
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
  • Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
  • Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
  • Project management experience
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
