About the role

  • People & Office Coordinator supporting HR and operations at wellness brand Create Wellness. Collaborating closely with leadership and managing employee experience and office logistics in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to support onboarding—from pre-boarding logistics to first-day experience and ongoing integration
  • Support the Co-CEOs/Co-Founders with calendar management and travel coordination
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and requests, triaging and escalating as needed
  • Execute internal HR processes in partnership with the Chief of Staff
  • Support the planning and execution of our upcoming office move, coordinating logistics, vendors, and internal communication to ensure a smooth transition into the new space
  • Support day-to-day office operations, manage vendors, supplies, and general office needs
  • Partner with leadership to maintain a welcoming, organized, and elevated workplace environment
  • Support workplace logistics tied to the overall employee experience
  • Assist in planning company events, team moments, and cultural activations
  • Help maintain internal communications and People team messaging

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in HR, People Operations, or office administration
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and thoughtful approach
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
