About the role

  • Visit clients to understand the client’s business (internal and external);
  • Record and forward internally the requests, expectations and nuances identified at each stage of the sale (Planning – Prospecting – Qualification – Development – Negotiation – Pre-closing – Closing), interacting with internal teams;
  • Prepare and participate in the creation of presentations/proposals from the perspective of the business, the client, the market and the company, contributing effectively to the proposed technical solution;
  • Create RTC (Road Map to Close) for key opportunities identified as strategic;
  • Manage the account portfolio, with a weekly visit plan and analysis of the potential of the clients under your responsibility;
  • Integrate people-management and sales skills with knowledge of the situational environment (key business topics) and an understanding of our capabilities (company portfolio);
  • Identify during the needs assessment which state the client is in (active; has a solution-oriented view that is acknowledged or latent);
  • Prepare proposals and, when necessary, request support in developing proposals/solutions to be presented to the client, specifying all necessary details about the client and their requests;
  • Monitor the proposed solution with clients to overcome obstacles encountered (possible objections) that could jeopardize the proposal;
  • Negotiate terms and pricing of proposals within established decision limits;
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and other information-recording tools;
  • Perform consultative work with clients to identify additional business opportunities;
  • Keep the information related to client opportunities in your portfolio up to date in the systems used by the company;
  • Identify the main interlocutors in client relationships and their formal roles (organizational chart) and informal roles (influencers), especially mapping who makes the purchasing decision;
  • Perform other related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed, preferably in Information and Communication Technology, Engineering, Economics or Business Administration;
  • Experience in commercial/sales roles;
  • Experience selling services focused on information security;
  • Technical English (intermediate level).
