About the role

  • Operations Manager at Design Offices coordinating events and managing customer service in Cologne. Ensuring operational excellence and providing top-notch hospitality experiences.

Responsibilities

  • You coordinate the setup and smooth execution of all events and conferences at the Cologne location.
  • You are responsible for the operational management and delivery of conferences and events.
  • With an eye for detail, you ensure cleanliness of the premises and compliance with company standards.
  • You look after clients on site, prepare tailored proposals, and handle orders in the area of Food & Beverage.
  • You work hands-on and lead by example.
  • With your overview of budgets and costs, you support the House Manager.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed vocational training in hotel management / gastronomy.
  • You bring the necessary know-how in F&B and service.
  • You have already gained initial experience in operational staff leadership.
  • You are available for occasional evening and weekend work.
  • You present yourself as a welcoming host and have a passion for service.
  • You can communicate confidently with customers and colleagues in German and English.
