About the role

  • Operations Mitarbeiter in der maritimen Aufzugsbranche mit Verantwortung für Auftragsabwicklung und Einsatzplanung. Koordinierung der Aufträge, Schnittstelle zu Kunden und Technikern.

Responsibilities

  • Order management: assume commercial responsibility for orders from receipt through to invoicing
  • Customer & technician interface: prepare and issue order confirmations and act as the central communication point
  • Deployment logistics: coordinate the location and timing of assignments as well as material deliveries
  • Warranty management: handle warranty cases
  • Quality & documentation review: ensure the completeness of all work reports

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial discipline
  • Several years of professional experience in order processing or deployment planning, ideally in a maritime environment or in technical service
  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally PiSA) and MS Office
  • Confident communication skills in German and English
