About the role

  • Business Development Manager responsible for growing market revenue and brand awareness for Real Estate Department. Develops strategies, supports client relationships, and supervises team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high quality, tailored pitch materials and responses to RFPs
  • Develop and implement strategies to cultivate business with clients
  • Maintain collaborative internal relationships and communicate effectively with lawyers and team members
  • Regularly develop compelling practice area content
  • Work with leadership to develop and track annual business plans and budgets
  • Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities
  • Assist in the development of junior team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum seven (7) years of marketing experience, preferably with a law firm or professional services firm
  • Strong business development credentials
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CRM systems and experience management databases a plus
  • Strong capacity for networking and generating lasting business development relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, persuasive, priority-driven, and collaborative
  • Strong project and process management experience
