Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK care home, retirement living and healthcare sectors
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across care home groups, healthcare organisations and partner networks
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and product demonstrations to prospective customers
Close commercial deals and contribute directly to UK revenue growth
Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging segments and new opportunities within the UK senior living and healthcare landscape
Represent Nobi at trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen our market presence
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and partners across the UK
Collaborate closely with the UK sales colleague, marketing, product and customer success teams
Requirements
8+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales
Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
Strong existing network within the UK care home / senior living sector
Experience in healthcare, medtech, SaaS or senior living
Understanding of the UK Health & Social Care landscape is a strong plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a scale-up environment with autonomy
Willingness to travel across the UK
