Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for a full CMS replacement
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units
- Serve as the primary liaison between client leadership, technology teams, and vendor partners
- Oversee vendor performance, deliverables, SLAs, and contract expectations
- Support Product Owner responsibilities such as backlog refinement, requirement gathering, and sprint prioritization
- Guide cross-functional teams in matrixed environments to achieve project milestones
- Communicate frequently and clearly with senior leaders, executives, and technical partners
- Ensure alignment across business, UX, content, and technical streams
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of senior-level project management experience
- Strong experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners
- Hands-on experience leading CMS implementation projects (Adobe, Sitecore, or similar)
- Ability to operate in both Project Manager and Product Owner capacities
- Proven success in matrixed organizational environments
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Bonus Points If You Have Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Background in UX, content strategy, or digital product delivery
- PMP, CSM, CSPO, or equivalent certifications (nice-to-have, not required)
- Experience in utilities or other regulated industries (not required)
