**We are seeking an organised, proactive, detail‑driven **Project Administrator **to support the successful delivery of a complex construction projects.
**This is a role within a dynamic, fast‑paced construction environment, suited to someone who enjoys problem‑solving, staying one step ahead, and enabling the wider team to perform at their best.
Requirements
Experience
Strong organisation and coordination skills
Excellent document control (drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, registers)
High attention to detail and follow-up
Confident communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal)
Ability to support PMs and senior staff, anticipate needs and unblock issues
Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint / common data environments)
**Desirable**
Previous experience on hotel, refurbishment or multi-contractor projects
Familiarity with RFI / submittal / change control processes
Experience supporting Owner’s Rep / PM consultancy teams
