Responsibilities

  • **We are seeking an organised, proactive, detail‑driven **Project Administrator **to support the successful delivery of a complex construction projects.
  • **This is a role within a dynamic, fast‑paced construction environment, suited to someone who enjoys problem‑solving, staying one step ahead, and enabling the wider team to perform at their best.

Requirements

  • Experience
  • Strong organisation and coordination skills
  • Excellent document control (drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, registers)
  • High attention to detail and follow-up
  • Confident communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to support PMs and senior staff, anticipate needs and unblock issues
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint / common data environments)
  • **Desirable**
  • Previous experience on hotel, refurbishment or multi-contractor projects
  • Familiarity with RFI / submittal / change control processes
  • Experience supporting Owner’s Rep / PM consultancy teams
