Responsibilities
- Acquisition and execution of projects in heating, cooling (HVAC), acoustic (sound insulation) and fire protection
- Overall responsibility for project management and leadership of project and site teams
- Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services
- Sourcing and managing tender opportunities
- Estimating and preparation of bids and quotations
- Preparation of specifications and planning documents
- Ensuring compliance with all technical, schedule and financial objectives
- Preparation of site measurements and project documentation
- Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services

Requirements
- Degree in engineering or qualified technician, or master craftsman (Meister) certification in a trade
- Experience in project management of construction projects, including project controlling, is desirable
- Experience in technical sales and basic commercial/financial knowledge are an advantage
- Strong cost awareness and a sales-oriented mindset
- Confident presence with strong communication and persuasive skills in client interactions
- Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving ability
