Responsibilities
- Sourcing and execution of projects in the areas of thermal, cooling, acoustic and fire protection
- Responsibility for project leadership and management of project and construction-site teams
- Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services (HVAC)
- Sourcing and securing tender opportunities
- Cost estimation and preparation of proposals
- Preparation of specifications (bill of quantities) and planning documents
- Ensuring compliance with all technical, scheduling and financial objectives
- Preparation of measurements and project documentation
- Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
- Project tracking and follow-up
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or training as a technician, or master-craftsman certification in a trade
- Experience in construction project management, including project controlling, is desirable
- Experience in technical sales and commercial/business knowledge are an advantage
- Strong cost-awareness and a sales-oriented mindset
- Confident demeanor with strong communication skills and verbal fluency in client interactions
- Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving ability
