About the role

• Senior Revenue Management Analyst providing technical and analytical support in revenue management for Trinity Health. Conducting analyses and preparing reports for management review.

Responsibilities

• Provides specialized technical and analytical support for an operational area of revenue management.
• Work assignments are complex and responsible requiring a depth of knowledge in an area of specialization.
• Conducts impact analyses and modeling, assesses trends, develops projections, and prepares detailed written summaries for management review.
• Participates in defining project plans and goals; manages and/or leads small projects or portions of projects.
• Designs, develops, implements, and maintains systems that provide financial, statistical, and operational information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Informatic or related field
• 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible operational or consulting experience in revenue management (e.g., reimbursement, payer contracting)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft product suite (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Visio)
• Some knowledge and experience of the healthcare industry or hospital financial operations.
• Candidates with experience in Medicare bad debt and Medicare DSH reimbursement preferred.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, evaluative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop appropriate methods to collect, analyze and report data.
