Responsibilities

- Ondersteunt bij het adviseren over proces- en informatievraagstukken en begeleiden van implementaties.
- Ondersteunen van transformatie- en verandertrajecten, inclusief het acceptatie proces van nieuwe functionaliteiten.
- Uitwerken van requirements (Epics,Features) en afstemmen met ICT en gebruikersorganisaties.
- Je stemt producten af met diverse stakeholders binnen de organisatie en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking met IT-vertegenwoordigers.
Requirements
- Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding op het gebied van (bedrijskundige) informatica, IT Management, data-analytics of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als business analist of informatie analist met IT verandertrajecten.
- Gecertificeerd in requirements engineering, business analyse en business process modelling.
- Bijvoorbeeld: BCS Practitioner in Business Analysis, BCS Practitioner Requirements Engineering, BPM/BPMN Gecertificeerd Professional Scrum Master I of SAFe Agilist.
- Ervaring met tooling voor Agile/Scrum-management en Data-analyse.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (zowel in woord als schrift).
- Werkervaring bij de overheid is een plus.
