About the role

  • Coordinate the post-sale experience for Trimble Construction customers
  • Own the initial stages of a customer’s post-sale journey
  • Execute strategies for new customer onboarding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding onboarding experiences
  • Build and document deep understanding of customers and their business needs
  • Foster the success of your assigned book of business through business value conversations
  • Own and maintain account success plans in collaboration with the customer
  • Execute proactive customer reviews to assess overall customer health
  • Identify risk as well as growth/expansion opportunities for the Account Sales Rep

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success or account management experience in a SaaS company
  • Emotional intelligence — employ active listening to understand root causes of issues
  • Executive presence — build positive, trusted relationships with decision makers
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
  • French: native or fluent; professional-level English
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and represent the Voice of the Customer
  • Working knowledge of Trimble’s AECO solutions and/or willingness to learn
