  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of benefits
  • Interact with vendors and provide support during meetings
  • Support the dissemination and adaptation of global policies, taking into account each country's local nuances
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration
  • Intermediate to advanced Spanish (mandatory)
  • Agility, proactivity, and strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in working in a multicultural environment
