Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and maintain Workday across various modules
  • Lead cyclical events such as Performance Review processes
  • Support organisational change implementations
  • Investigate and resolve complex system issues
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and future enhancements
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to People Analysts

Requirements

  • Solid experience in HR systems or HCM configuration, ideally in Workday
  • Deep technical capability in systems, data, and processes
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience with Workday configuration
