Responsibilities

identify areas where HR can add value and contribute to the achievement of business objectives
partner with leaders to identify key roles, skills and capabilities needed
effectively lead the people implementation plan, including change management
work with people leaders to ensure robust succession plans are in place for key talent
support recruitment of all people managers
act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees for HR policies and employment laws
collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and provide insights to senior management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Resilience and demonstrable experience of managing change in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience as a strategic People Partner / HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, preferably in an international / global role
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and align HR strategies with organisational goals
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid stakeholder relationships
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
