About the role
- Marketing Manager responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns at HubSpot Elite Partner. Collaborating within a dynamic team to enhance brand visibility and lead generation in the DACH region.
Responsibilities
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer integrierten Marketingstrategie inkl. Jahresplanung und Budgetverantwortung
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Marketingprozesse und -strukturen
- Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von digitalen Marketingkampagnen
- Content-Erstellung und -Management (Social Media, Website, Blogbeiträge, Whitepaper, Case Studies, Videos)
- Verantwortung für E-Mail-Marketing und Lead Nurturing entlang des Funnels
- Pflege und Optimierung unserer Unternehmenswebsite (inkl. SEO/AEO und Conversion-Optimierung)
- Organisation von Events, Webinaren und Messeauftritten
- Stärkung unserer Arbeitgebermarke (Employer Branding)
- Betreuung von Rebranding- und Marketing-Kooperationsprojekten
- Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der künftigen einheitlichen Markenstrategie der Siloy Group in der DACH-Region
- Anpassung der Gruppenstrategie an die Besonderheiten des DACH-Marktes und Überführung in konkrete Marketingmaßnahmen
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im B2B-Marketing
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im CRM-gestützten Marketing (HubSpot-Erfahrung von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung in der Content-Erstellung (Text, Social Media, Websites, Videos)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Design-Tools wie Canva, Photoshop, InDesign
- Organisationstalent und Erfahrung in der Eventplanung und Kampagnenmanagement
- Kreative Denkweise kombiniert mit strukturierter, datengetriebenen Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Begeisterung für AI
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
