About the role

  • Responsible for accurate management of timesheet and payroll processes at Trendyol. Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with payroll regulations in a dynamic HR environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting monthly timesheet data, checking for accuracy, and entering it into the system in a timely manner
  • Monitoring timesheet records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Following up on enforcement deduction (garnishment) processes and updating relevant records
  • Managing the operational follow-up of Private Pension (BES) processes and handling required notifications
  • Regularly checking and processing interns’ timesheets in the system
  • Monitoring Social Security (SGK) incentive processes
  • Coordinating closely with the incentive consultancy firm and ensuring proper data flow
  • Supporting pre-payroll data preparation processes on a monthly basis
  • Preparing necessary data for operational reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree
  • Preferably having experience in consultancy, retail and production sectors
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and personnel department
  • Having knowledge of Payroll, Labor Law, Personnel, SSI regulations
  • Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills
  • Proficient at working in Excel.
