About the role

  • HR Systems Administrator responsible for system administration and project management of HRIS at Trendyol. Collaborating on HRIS projects to ensure data integrity and accessibility for user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design HR process journeys both for Trendyol teams and HR professionals by using an end-to-end process approach through automation and digitalization,
  • Leverage end-to-end HR process digitalization through being the product manager of current and future HRIS tools such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors (especially EC, CPI) and other inhouse HR tools,
  • Apply product management principles(roadmapping, prioritization, analysis etc) to HR processes and systems,
  • Administer, configure and customize system settings and maintain HR systems’ modules, ensuring data integrity and system accuracy,
  • Lead and participate in HRIS projects, especially implementations, integrations and system upgrades,
  • Translate business needs into clear HR product designs and guide developers for the end product,
  • Manage system access controls and monitor security protocols; collaborate with tech support teams,
  • Research best practices and trends and perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing HR systems and provide creative solutions,
  • Fulfill vendor management, track developer activities, vendor contracts and invoices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering fields / Management/ quantitative-focused major (Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA is a plus)
  • At least 6 years of HRIS experience preferably in product management/consultancy
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Experience with system integrations and data migrations; data analysis, report creation, metrics & trend analysis
  • Analytic, result-oriented, and strong planning and organization skills
  • Advanced user of G Suite, MS Excel and HR information systems
