About the role

  • Customer Success Specialist supporting B2B and B2C clients at Treatwell. Providing exceptional customer service and facilitating effective communication with salon partners in Vilnius.

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service in every communication you have
  • Using different tools like Salesforce and live chat, keep it updated and inform the team of your communication when applicable
  • Solve problems and facilitate productive conversations between our customers and partners
  • Handle a high volume of inquiries with ease and confidence
  • Adapting to multiple salon partners and supporting a designated group of partners that need your help
  • Educating and empowering partners to adopt our SaaS by providing them with expert knowledge
  • Creating sticky engagement and recurring revenue, making sure they understand the full benefit and adopt it
  • Working to reduce unsuccessful partnerships by resetting partners expectations to better align with our value proposition

Requirements

  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English with clear, concise communication and strong verbal and written skills. Russian language would be a plus!
  • Strategic thinker who is able to understand the behaviours, product knowledge and sentiment en masse
  • Persuasive and inspirational, you’ll advocate the benefits of the online world, our tools to create excitement and commitment in our partners and customers
  • Genuinely passionate about scale; using technology to make a meaningful impact to thousands of partners and customers at once
  • Motivated by problem solving and iteration to find a winning formula to positively impact partner and client behaviour
  • You like to dig into processes and find opportunities to improve ways of working everyday
  • Strong communicator, able to build rapport with partners, customers and colleagues
  • A team player, motivated by the success of the team as well as your individual performance
  • A proven commitment to seeing things through and achieving long-term results, demonstrated by longevity and success in previous roles
