  • Learning and Development Manager responsible for creating and delivering training programs at a B2B Travel Tech startup, focusing on employee growth and skill development aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with the company's business goals
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs
  • Conduct training sessions, ensuring they are interactive and engaging
  • Keep records of employees’ training progress for continuous improvement
  • Develop onboarding programs to help new employees adjust to the company culture

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development
  • Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset
  • Excellence / Ambition / Hard working attitude reflected in past profile
  • Prior Startup experience preferred
  • Willing to learn more
