Responsibilities
Drive sustained growth in acquisition, conversion and revenue via our digital channels and our app.
Define and deploy a performance-driven international acquisition strategy: paid social, Google Ads / SEA, Apple Search Ads, display, etc.
Manage substantial media budgets with a continuous focus on reducing CPA and improving ROI.
Manage and challenge agencies within a strict performance-oriented framework.
Design and analyze ongoing A/B tests (creatives, targeting, landing pages, user journeys).
Optimize conversion on app stores through a multi-language, multi-country ASO strategy.
Track daily the evolution of key KPIs: acquisition, activation, ARPU, revenue, LTV.
Provide data-driven, prioritized and directly actionable recommendations.
Requirements
Higher education degree in digital marketing or a related field
6–10 years' experience in performance marketing, ideally in an international context, e‑commerce and/or mobile apps
Strong command of paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads)
Experience managing significant media budgets with a strong ROI culture
Excellent data literacy: KPIs, optimization, testing, advanced analytics
Comfortable with numbers and reporting tools
Fluent English required
