About the role

  • Marketing Manager at BRSi planning and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence. Overseeing team and managing marketing initiatives for client engagement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight for branding, positioning, and marketing penetration strategies, ensuring alignment with growth team.
  • Manage a Marketing Associate responsible for day-to-day marketing execution (brand management, content, campaigns, digital presence, events).
  • Set strategic direction for marketing initiatives, establish priorities and KPIs, and ensure marketing efforts support revenue growth, pipeline development, and brand recognition.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: from outbound outreach and discovery to solution presentation, to proposal support, and contract negotiation.
  • Provide oversight for development of all marketing materials, and support proposals development activities.
  • Lead “Client Voice” initiatives, including survey execution, and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience, including people and/or project leadership responsibilities.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
