Responsibilities
Define content strategy: Conceive and deploy a high-impact social media content strategy to boost awareness, engagement and conversion for our brands.
Coordinate the team: Lead and support Community Managers to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of the strategy across all platforms.
Optimize performance: Monitor and improve social media results, with a focus on organic growth and community retention.
Create impactful campaigns: Design, oversee, and refine social campaigns that capture attention and generate engagement.
Analyze and adjust: Track KPIs, produce clear reports, and identify opportunities to refine strategies and maximize impact.
Stay on top of trends: Monitor trends, competitors and best practices so our brands always stay ahead.
Requirements
You have at least 6 years of experience in Social Media and are highly skilled in community management and content creation across multiple platforms.
You have solid experience in team management and know how to motivate and develop your colleagues.
You are passionate about social media, creative, innovative and strategic, able to combine storytelling, new formats and business objectives.
You are proficient with TikTok, Instagram and other key platforms, and can adapt your messaging to each audience.
You are comfortable analyzing performance and can turn data into concrete actions.
You can manage multiple projects in parallel, work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and are proactive in proposing ideas.
You are motivated by building an ambitious project in sports and nutrition.
You live in the Alpes-Maritimes (06) or are willing to relocate there ☀️
