About the role

Responsibilities

  • Brand Building: You stage brands on Meta & TikTok so they stick — emotionally strong, strategically grounded, and tailored to each channel.
  • Campaign Strategy: You plan upper-funnel campaigns and, when appropriate, link them with offline effects — e.g., geo-impacts or in-store signals — to generate real lift.
  • Impact: You measure success not by CPMs but by impact KPIs like Brand Lift and Incrementality — and make impact transparent.
  • Audiences: You dive into new segments and markets, recognize cultural nuances, and uncover growth stories that perform.
  • Social Ads: You run Meta & TikTok with clear hypotheses, iterative creative tests, and clean setups to achieve scalable results.
  • Meta: You use Advantage+ intentionally, build strong signals, and get more out of every euro of media budget — documented and traceable.
  • TikTok: You prioritize content that excites, plan creator collaborations deliberately, test hooks and formats, learn quickly, and scale when the curve trends upward.
  • Fresh Input: You bring new ideas and formats into the team, break routines, and inject fresh input into brand-awareness campaigns.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in both Performance and Brand — ideally in the social environment with Meta and TikTok.
  • Meticulousness: You work precisely, document cleanly, and ensure quality — from setup to reporting.
  • Curiosity: You’re eager to try new things, test hypotheses boldly, and turn learnings into repeatable playbooks.
  • Love of numbers: You interpret dashboards into actionable recommendations, spot patterns, and prioritize measures with tangible impact.
  • Team player: You proactively share knowledge, advise clients on equal terms, and keep everyone properly in the loop.
  • Language skills: Fluent German and good English.
