Responsibilities
Own and scale Jeeves’ global paid acquisition engine.
Own global paid media strategy and execution: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting, and new channel experiments.
Manage: Budget, CAC, ROAS, LTV/CAC, pipeline and approved accounts.
Build and execute: A global experimentation roadmap across channels, products and regions.
Work closely with: Product, Sales and RevOps to optimize the full funnel.
Identify and scale: The 80/20 across campaigns, messages, industries and geographies.
Own: Performance dashboards, weekly reporting, insights and recommendations.
Drive: Continuous optimization of landing pages, funnels, creatives and messaging.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience owning and scaling paid acquisition
Proven experience managing monthly paid media budgets.
Expert-level proficiency in: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
Experience with A/B testing and CRO platforms for landing page optimization
