Support Brand Marketing Operations at Under Armour by managing marketing calendars and tracking systems. Coordinate workflows, streamline information, and ensure effective user acquisition for brand strategy.
Responsibilities
Own and maintain the end-to-end marketing calendar and tracking systems within Smartsheet, ensuring data is accurate and processes are streamlined
Use Miro Boards to map out workflows, visualize set plays, and capture key takeaways that define how our teams collaborate
Act as a filter for the team by gathering high volumes of information from various sources and condensing it into simple, visually compelling PowerPoint decks and dashboards for leadership
Directly own the backend mechanics of our two primary GTM processes, ensuring that every strategic decision is properly documented and reflected in our tracking tools
Bring a deep interest in Marketing and User Acquisition (UA) to help ensure our operational "how" always supports our brand’s "why"
Requirements
0-3 years of relevant professional experience; we are looking for a high-potential brand champion
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, such as project management and visualization tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Miro Board, etc.)
Strong PowerPoint skills are a must
Self-starter with critical thinking skills who enjoys solving complex puzzles
