About the role

  • Brand Marketing & Sales Manager defining brand strategy and executing integrated campaigns. Collaborating with sales to enhance lead generation and conversion efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own Muvr’s brand strategy, positioning, voice, and visual identity
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all channels
  • Lead creative development for campaigns, website, product launches, PR, and thought leadership
  • Manage relationships with agencies, designers, and freelance content creators
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns (paid, SEO/SEM, social, email, content, partnerships)
  • Build and optimize content marketing (blogs, guides, case studies), social strategy, and paid acquisition
  • Run A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate experiments
  • Own marketing tech stack components (marketing automation, analytics, ad platforms)
  • Partner closely with Sales to define MQL/SQL, lead routing, SLAs, and campaign handoff processes
  • Produce sales enablement collateral: decks, one-pagers, battlecards, product sheets, case studies
  • Train and equip sales with messaging, playbooks, and campaign materials
  • Define and report on KPIs linking brand activity to pipeline and revenue (marketing-sourced pipeline, CAC, conversion rates)
  • Own campaign measurement, attribution, and continuous optimization
  • Manage marketing budget and vendor contracts
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and events/webinars to drive awareness and pipeline

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with demonstrable experience owning brand + demand generation
  • 2–3+ years working cross-functionally with sales (sales enablement, field marketing, or revenue ops)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/MA (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo or equivalent) and analytics (GA4/Looker/BI)
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and creative judgment; experience briefing and managing agencies
  • Data-driven: comfortable setting targets, analyzing performance, and optimizing campaigns
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment
