Responsibilities
Source, build, and grow partnerships across media, influencers, websites, and other strategic partners
Own outreach, negotiation, and closing deals

Track performance and provide structured feedback to internal teams
Create regular reviews and reports including performance and financial results
Ensure partners follow all campaign guidelines, brand requirements, and compliance rules
Conduct market research to spot new angles, validate opportunities, and assess partner fit
Stay up to date with industry trends, new partnership formats, and competitor activity
Requirements
Strong ownership mindset with a bias towards action and results
Solid understanding of influencer marketing and partnership-driven growth
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presentations and negotiations
Comfort working with data and performance metrics (you don’t need to be an analyst, but you do need to be sharp)
