About the role

Responsibilities

  • Source, build, and grow partnerships across media, influencers, websites, and other strategic partners
  • Own outreach, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Maintain strong partner communication - pitching new campaign ideas, coordinating execution, and aligning expectations
  • Track performance and provide structured feedback to internal teams
  • Create regular reviews and reports including performance and financial results
  • Ensure partners follow all campaign guidelines, brand requirements, and compliance rules
  • Conduct market research to spot new angles, validate opportunities, and assess partner fit
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new partnership formats, and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Strong ownership mindset with a bias towards action and results
  • Solid understanding of influencer marketing and partnership-driven growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presentations and negotiations
  • Comfort working with data and performance metrics (you don’t need to be an analyst, but you do need to be sharp)
  • Genuine interest in investing or finance
