You're comfortable with numbers: you support preparatory (including international) payroll — precisely and reliably.
Requirements
You have at least 4 years of experience in People Operations, HR administration or a comparable generalist role — ideally in a dynamic, growing environment.
You have a solid overview of HR processes — from A (employment contracts) to Z (reference issuance).
You think proactively, act independently and do not see yourself as an "executor" but as an active co-creator.
You enjoy setting up initiatives independently, even when the path to get there isn't fully defined.
You approach change openly — and use it as an opportunity for growth.
You work in a structured way but also bring the necessary flexibility when things don't go according to plan.
You communicate confidently — in German and English.
