About the role

Responsibilities
- You create sustainable structures: you oversee and further develop our HR systems — in collaboration with the team and the business units.
- You ensure reliability: contracts, certificates, onboarding — you prepare, review and document them accurately and with attention to detail.
- You are there when needed: as the first point of contact for employees you find solutions — pragmatic, empathetic and clear.
- You follow processes through to completion: from leave approvals and absences to special cases — you keep all HR workflows well organized.
- You take ownership: your own projects, new programs and complex topics — you advance them in a structured and independent manner.
- You're comfortable with numbers: you support preparatory (including international) payroll — precisely and reliably.
Requirements
- You have at least 4 years of experience in People Operations, HR administration or a comparable generalist role — ideally in a dynamic, growing environment.
- You have a solid overview of HR processes — from A (employment contracts) to Z (reference issuance).
- You think proactively, act independently and do not see yourself as an "executor" but as an active co-creator.
- You enjoy setting up initiatives independently, even when the path to get there isn't fully defined.
- You approach change openly — and use it as an opportunity for growth.
- You work in a structured way but also bring the necessary flexibility when things don't go according to plan.
- You communicate confidently — in German and English.
