About the role

  • People Operations Associate managing employee inquiries, onboarding, and offboarding at Garner Health. Supporting a fast-growing team with data hygiene and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own the front lines of the employee experience — manage the People Ops inbox
  • Execute a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience — manage end-to-end operational workflows for new hires and departing employees
  • Champion data hygiene and knowledge management rigor — maintain pristine employee data and documentation
  • Drive continuous process improvement — proactively identify workflow gaps and contribute ideas.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a People Operations role at a fast-paced tech company
