Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance on candidate evaluation and selection.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation of recruitment activities.
Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews, assessments, and background checks while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the local market.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (but not required)
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sales related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse candidate pools and internal teams.
