Responsibilities

  • Friendly and professional customer advice over the phone (inbound)
  • Independent and solution-oriented handling of all customer enquiries
  • Completion of general administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or as a call center agent is an advantage but not required — career changers, entry-level candidates, and those returning to the workforce are warmly welcome (m/f/d)
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
  • A clean criminal record (certificate of good conduct)
  • Friendly, customer-focused manner
