About the role

  • Sales Intern supporting B2B outreach and communication for a cannabis startup. Collaborating closely with the sales manager and engaging with clients to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Active support in B2B sales (lead handling, follow-ups, scheduling meetings)
  • Telephone and written communication with business clients
  • Qualifying leads and maintaining the sales pipeline in the CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Preparing and following up on proposals/quotes
  • Documenting conversations and outcomes in the CRM
  • Assisting with sales initiatives, campaigns, and sales processes

Requirements

  • You are a registered student (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communication, or similar)
  • You are motivated by sales, customer contact, and performance
  • Previous experience in sales, call centers, customer service, or a similar role is a plus
  • You are communicative, persuasive, and confident on the phone
  • You are goal-oriented, reliable, and resilient
  • You want to learn, take on responsibility, and earn money
