- Financial Business Analyst driving Integrated Business Planning for Supply Chain and Sales at leading E-Commerce company. Analyzing KPIs and leading a team for continuous improvement and transparency.
Responsibilities
- Gestalte mit uns die Zukunft unserer Finanzsteuerung und verbinde operative Prozesse mit finanziellen Ergebnissen
- Analysiere die relevanten KPI's für Supply Chain und Sales und leite Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Einführung von Integrated Business Planning (IBP) zur Verknüpfung von Absatz-, Kosten- und Ergebnislogiken
- Aufbau einer modernen und transparenten Produktergebnisrechnung über Produkte, Kanäle und Länder
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Power BI-Reports und KPI-Systemen für Finance, Sales und Supply Chain
- Führen von zwei Analyst:innen fachlich und Sicherstellen einer kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Kompetenzen
Requirements
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkten in Controlling, Financial Planning oder Business Analytics
- Erfahrungen im Supply Chain oder Sales Controlling
- sicheres Verständnis von Deckungsbeitrags- und Kostenstrukturen
- komplexe finanzielle Zusammenhänge strategisch bewerten und präsentieren
- starke Kommunikations- und Steuerungskompetenzen
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in Power BI und SAP FI/CO
- mindestens Grundkenntnisse in SQL
- fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)
- gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B1-Niveau)
