About the role

• Senior IT Business Analyst driving complex public sector digitalization initiatives in Bern, Switzerland. Leading projects, conducting requirement analyses, and developing IT solutions with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• You conduct requirements analyses in large digitalization and migration projects
• You lead projects with a focus on functionality, quality, and effort- and cost-estimation
• You outline use cases and process models and prepare business cases
• You plan, implement, and develop advanced IT solutions and coordinate all development tasks

Requirements

• You have at least 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector
• You are experienced with digitalization and migration projects
• You possess strong analytical skills and work in a solution-oriented manner
• You hold IREB and HERMES certifications (or are willing to obtain them in the near term)
• Very good German and good French language skills complete your profile
