About the role

  • Deployment Manager partnering with customers to drive adoption of digital capabilities and enhance business value. Collaborating with Corporate Account Managers for successful pilot and launch implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to define initial configuration of digital tools
  • Present solution features and benefits and align them to customer business needs
  • Partner with customers to obtain initial user and hierarchy data sets, ensuring data is complete and accurate
  • Work with customer IT contacts when needed to initiate customer data feeds and integrations
  • Manage all pilot launches to ensure success and customer adoption
  • Manage all launch communications and timelines in coordination with the customer
  • Provide training to corporate users as needed
  • Monitor adoption metrics and partner with customers to improve utilization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, IT or similar
  • 5 years’ professional work experience
  • 2 years’ experience working in customer data hierarchies
  • 15% national travel required
  • 3 years’ experience working in customer service or help desk
  • No immigration sponsorship is available for this role at this time
