Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service via phone, email and face-to-face.
Support customers with the sale of merchandise, as well as court booking and any tennis-related enquiries.
Maintain front of house areas, including the pro shop and café, including coffee making, food preparation and stock control.
Promote Australian Open guided tours and ensure key dates and information is communicated effectively.
Deliver administration and customer service support to Tennis World tournaments, social leagues and initiatives.
Advance operations by providing recommendations to support the overall wellbeing of the commercial viability of Tennis World.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively in a team environment and with minimal supervision.
An eagerness to listen, learn and develop
Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service, preferably in Sport and Leisure Industry
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
