About the role

  • People Development Partner playing a crucial role in scaling learning experiences at TomTom. Supporting the engineering community to thrive in the AI era with innovative learning programs.

Responsibilities

  • Be a “Product Owner”: you will lead the design, improvement, and implementation of learning & development programs and talent management initiatives
  • Trusted partner: work with leadership on reviewing the company’s structure, aligning its people and organizational setup with the corporate philosophy
  • Team player: partner with other learning and development partners to deliver scalable solutions
  • Leadership: take a lead in global talent activities for consistent employee learning experience
  • Consultant and subject matter expert: take up a consultative role in overarching projects

Requirements

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in HR Management, social or business sciences
  • 7+ years of experience in the talent management, and/or learning & development and/or organizational design function
  • Experience with organizational design initiatives that deliver real business outcomes
  • Deep level knowledge of trends and developments in talent management and/or learning & development
  • A natural drive for team play and an interest to work in an agile manner
  • Ability to flex between core delivery of large-scale activity and providing consultancy on a broad range of learning & development topics
  • Ability to think creatively, be a self-starter, and work independently
