- Head of HR Operations overseeing payroll and HR lifecycle events at Toll Group. Leading a global team to deliver high-quality HR support and operational excellence across Asia and EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Lead global HR Operations team
- Manage HR lifecycle events including Performance Management, Staff Surveys, and Annual Review cycles
- Oversee HR communications and maintain global HR portal
- Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
- Manage payroll operations across Asia and EMEA with external vendors
- Serve as the HR and Payroll Subject Matter Expert
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including HR system enhancements
- Build and maintain HR Knowledge Base articles in ServiceNow
Requirements
- Strong team leadership and ability to inspire others
- Proven capability managing end-to-end tasks
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Payroll
- Strong understanding of HR systems and payroll operations
- Familiarity with generating HR reports and analysing workforce data
- Working knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is beneficial
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field (desired but not essential)
